John Keegan is a Senior Vice President at Gilbane Development Company where, in addition to helping shape strategic growth initiatives, he leads development and operations teams in executing projects across all four of GDC’s verticals – student housing, market-rate housing, affordable housing, and public-private partnerships. A 38-year veteran of the Gilbane organization, in the early 2000s John started GDC’s office in the metropolitan Washington, DC market and more recently was executive sponsor for the planning behind, and selection/implementation of, Dealpath as an end-to-end technology solution.

Yarojin “Roj” Robinson is a Senior Vice President, Development at Gilbane Development Company, responsible for leading the company’s Affordable & Mixed-Income Housing team; he also is a member of the company’s executive committee. Roj has extensive financial and leadership expertise, with his most recent role as Managing Director at Goldman Sachs in New York, where he served as a senior leader in the Urban Investment Group, sitting on the Investment Committee as well as the business’ leadership and strategy team. Roj also brings experience with leading deal negotiations and underwriting to close financings for several mixed-use real estate transactions in urban areas throughout the US. He has successfully led the closing of over $2.5bn of equity and debt financings that range from traditional and opportunity zone equity investments to construction and bridge debt products to a wide variety of tax credit equity investments, including low-income housing tax credits.

Jake Williamson is the Director or Land Finance for Dream Finders Homes, responsible for managing the companies off balance sheet (land light) strategies. Jake has spent the majority of his career in the banking industry and has held roles in finance, accounting, and front office financing operations. He has worked in providing or securing financing for $4bn+ of assets across commodities, business critical assets, and in his current role residential land. Jake specializes in asset backed transactional finance, assessing collateral valuations and risk weighted returns.

Jeffrey Littell is a Regional Sales Director with Dealpath. Jeff has led multiple successful RFP evaluations, with experience managing multinational and international accounts for clients undergoing a digital transformation. Prior to joining Dealpath, Jeff was a Senior Account Manager with the NNN Pro Group at Marcus & Millichap, actively managing Sale-Leaseback programs and leading disposition/acquisition programs for a range of institutional and private clients. During Jeff’s tenure, he was part of the team’s growth from 8 people to 40+ and 1B in annual transactions to 2.6B+. Mr. Littell currently serves on the Board of Directors for Reconnect Communities, a charitable organization that focuses on economic empowerment through employment in Bed Stuy, Brooklyn.
