Dealpath was built to support collaborative deal teams of five or more. There is no minimum deal volume required, but firms typically benefit most when evaluating more deals, either to pursue or amass market intelligence.

Dealpath offers a range of integrations with best-in-class technologies to centralize information, support data-driven deal analysis and enhance productivity. Our most frequently utilized integrations include Esri, Google Maps, CompStak, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Box, Dropbox and SSO providers such as Okta. Implementation typically takes 6-8 weeks, but timelines vary based on customer response time and complexity. Our world-class Customer Success team offers a Dealpath-led implementation. During this process, we take a consultative approach to configure the platform and advise on deal management best practices based on your needs, goals and processes.

Your firm owns all data entered into Dealpath. This data will not be used by our team, shared with other customers or third parties, monetized, or ingested into a large language model. Dealpath is SOC 2 Type 2 compliant, abiding by best-in-class security protocols.

Dealpath can be used by portfolio and asset management teams to track fund allocation, audit market or lender exposure, report on closed deals, and compare underwriting projections against asset performance.
