Prior to joining Dealpath in 2025, Leila served as Vice President of People at Homebase, where she built and scaled global HR, talent acquisition, and people operations teams through multiple funding rounds and significant headcount expansion, earning recognition on Forbes’ Top 500 Startup Employers. Her career spans leadership roles at Drawbridge (acq. by LinkedIn), StudyBlue (acq. by Chegg), and LeapFrog Enterprises (acq. by VTech), where she established programs in talent acquisition, talent strategy, organizational development, and DEIB.

Leila holds a Master’s degree in Adult Education from San Francisco State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Pittsburgh. She is based in San Francisco and actively volunteers with the San Francisco SPCA.
