Yes, if enabled by your IT team. Dealpath MCP is read-only by default. With write access enabled, you can create new deals or update existing ones from your AI tool. We recommend keeping the default setting that asks for your confirmation before every write.
No. Dealpath MCP reads from and writes to your existing Dealpath instance, so there’s nothing new to maintain. Your team keeps using Dealpath the way it does today.
Dealpath MCP is included at no additional cost for Dealpath clients on the Enterprise plan. Pricing may change as the product matures, so check with your Dealpath representative for current details.
Dealpath doesn’t use your data, or the tool calls Dealpath MCP receives, to train any AI models. Dealpath MCP follows each user’s existing Dealpath permissions, so your AI tool sees only what you can see in Dealpath. Your prompts go to your AI tool’s model provider, such as Anthropic or OpenAI, and your agreement with that provider governs how they’re used.
Yes. Dealpath MCP lets Claude, ChatGPT, and Microsoft Copilot search and analyze Connect listings from JLL, CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield, and other leading brokerages for firms on Connect. Since Connect listing data can’t be stored outside Dealpath, Dealpath MCP is the only way to bring those listings into your AI tool. You can use listing details in your Excel models and IC decks.
