Neil Isford

As the Senior Vice-President Sales for Dealpath, Neil is responsible for developing the enterprise go-to-market strategy, and expanding the sales organization, that will lead the company into its next phase of significant growth.

Neil was previously the Chief Revenue Officer for RMS, the leading provider of catastrophe risk models and applications for the insurance industry. This role involved growing and integrating global sales, technical specialist, consulting, and client success teams. Neil held a number of global leadership jobs at IBM including GM of Watson Financial Services Solutions, GM of Cognitive Industry Solutions, VP of Information Management & Analytics Software Sales and VP of Business Partner Sales. He also spent several years in Asia Pacific as the IBM VP of Software for this high growth region. Neil has nine years of leadership experience in various professional services roles, including CEO of Plural (a private Wall Street based consulting/application development/SI firm that built and implemented solutions for investment banks and asset managers), and as the leader of IBM’s e-business services practice. Neil grew up in Toronto, and held various sales and managerial roles in IBM Canada before moving to the United States. Neil is an active triathlete, golfer, and skier, and he and his wife, Jayne, have two wonderful daughters, and two dogs.
