Mr. Siper received a B.A. from Emory University and an M.S. in Real Estate Finance and Investment from New York University.

Jason Lo joined Dealpath in April 2023 and currently oversees the company’s Global Strategic Accounts. Prior to Dealpath, he spent 11 years at Altus Group where he most recently served as Senior Vice President of Go-To-Market, Intelligence and Strategy after successfully heading up GTM Execution for its Data Solutions Division. Prior to Altus Group, he was Vice President of Sales and Client Services at RealNet Canada and played a key role in Altus Group’s successful acquisition of the company. Jason holds a law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School and is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and Real Estate Council of Ontario.

Jeff Blasbalg joined Dealpath in 2024 as a Senior Director, Product with a focus on strengthening transparency, data-driven decision making and process digitization for CRE professionals. Jeff began his career at Resolve Technology, which was later acquired by CoStar Group, and eventually led CoStar’s Investment Analysis division as Chief Operating Officer.
